A platform born from engineering, not from reselling
Mensatek is ASETEC's omnichannel communication and trust services platform. It was born from the integration projects of our early years: our clients needed to notify people and systems reliably, at scale and, often, with legal certainty. We built the platform, connected it directly to the carriers and have operated it ever since on our own infrastructure.
Today thousands of companies, from SMEs to key accounts and public bodies, use it every day for plain communications (campaigns and alerts by SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email, voice and push) and for certified communications: certified notifications, SMS contracts, electronic signature, qualified timestamping and identity verification, with an evidence record that stands up in court.

What is the difference between a plain and a certified communication?
A plain one is delivered and its status can be tracked; a certified one additionally produces an evidence record with the full content, a chronology sealed with qualified timestamps and the double seal of two qualified trust service providers (Mensatek and the FNMT), kept for 10 years and publicly verifiable. It serves the same purpose as registered mail, but instantly.
Do certified communications have legal validity?
Yes. They are electronic documents admissible as evidence under the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014), Spanish Law 6/2020 and the Civil Procedure Act, and qualified timestamps enjoy a presumption of accuracy of date and integrity.
How are the communication services contracted?
Through the websites of the group brands: mensatek.com (full platform), smscertificado.es (certified notification) and lofirmo.com (online contracting). Sign-up is free and the services run on prepaid credits with no commitment; key accounts have tailored terms.
Can they be integrated into our applications?
Yes. Every service is available via API with public documentation, test environments and support from the engineering team itself. For complex integrations or bespoke flows, ASETEC does the development.
Where are communications and evidence hosted?
In ASETEC's data centres in Spain, under GDPR and our ISO 27001 certification, with the timestamping units audited under eIDAS.
