Engineering as accountability, not as a catalogue

A systems engineering firm does not sell licences: it solves a production problem and answers for the result. That is why we start by understanding the real process (who does what, with which systems, under which legal obligations) and only then propose an architecture, in writing and with measurable acceptance criteria.

We build with our own technology on open standards, integrate with what already exists (ERP, CRM, industrial systems, databases, telecom operators) and deploy where it makes sense: on your infrastructure or in our data centres. Then we stay: operation and support are handled by the same team that designed the system.

That model is what allowed us to create and operate for over two decades the Mensatek platform, through which thousands of companies send communications every day: a system born as an integration project that is today an ISO 27001-certified, eIDAS-recognised service.

Questions we are usually asked

Can you integrate with our current systems?

Yes. We integrate with ERP, CRM, industrial systems, databases and bespoke applications through APIs, messaging, files or direct database connection. The initial analysis identifies the safest and least intrusive integration point.

Where is the system deployed?

Wherever makes sense for your case: on your infrastructure, in the cloud you already use, or in our high-performance data centres in Spain with 24/7 operation. Many clients combine both.

Who operates and maintains the system afterwards?

The same team that designed and built it. We offer monitoring, support and evolutionary maintenance for the system's whole life, with service level agreements in writing.

Who owns the code and the data?

The data is always the client's. Ownership of bespoke code is agreed in the contract; in many projects it is handed over to the client together with the documentation.

Do you follow a certified method?

Yes. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified and our information security management system is ISO 27001 certified, both periodically audited by an independent body.
